These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the real estate crowdlending services provided by Windowpanegh. By using our services, you accept these terms in their entirety.
1. Definitions
'Platform' refers to the Windowpanegh website and services. 'User' refers to any person who accesses or uses the Platform. 'Investor' refers to a registered User who participates in crowdlending projects. 'Project' refers to a real estate investment opportunity presented on the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To use our investment services, you must: be at least 18 years old, be a legal resident of a country where our services are available, provide accurate and complete information during registration, comply with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
3. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks. The value of investments may fluctuate and you may lose part or all of your initial investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You should carefully consider whether real estate investment is suitable for your financial situation.
4. Use of the Platform
You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: use the Platform for fraudulent activities, interfere with the operation of the Platform, attempt to access other users' accounts.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Windowpanegh or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of Panama and internationally.
6. Limitation of Liability
Windowpanegh shall not be liable for: losses resulting from investment decisions, service interruptions beyond our control, actions of third parties, indirect or consequential damages.
7. Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of Panama City.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the services constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
